Festival #9 will be discussed in my Napa Valley Trip
Festival #10 is an arts festival I went to in DC a few weekends ago. It took place in Penn Quarter and was called Arts on Foot. I took a tour of the Woolly Mammoth Theater, ate some garlic fries from Gordon Biersh, scoped out some local crafters and ate an organic brownie in front of the fountain that is in front of the archives.
