Recipe #6 - Fried Egg Caesar
Something you would never think of putting together is a fried egg with a caesar salad, but you put a hard boiled egg on the salad sometimes, so why not fried. The base was caesar salad, dressing, sundried-tomato and real tomato, I put bacon bits, and then fry the egg and put it on top.

Recipe #7 - Chicken BLT Salad
Another odd combination. Fry the bacon, cut the tomatoes, cover some chicken with breadcrumbs, and then combine together with some romaine lettuce. Then top off with a lemon garlic aoili - its a little weird to have mayo on top of a sald, however, it seemed to work.

Recipe #8 - Beef Lime Fajitas
Yummy!!! All I can say is that I marinated the beef with fresh lime mixture and it was delicious - add some cilantro and it tastes fantastic.
