Recipe #5 - Pork Chops with a Root Beer Glaze

I was very excited to order my Food Network Stars Favorite Recipes for my birthday. It is full of some great chefs and some great recipes. Nothing says cooking quite like Emeril, so I was tempted to try his Pork Chops with Caramelized Onions and Root Beer Glaze. And who better to test my recipe but with my favorite audience - Chet and Katie. I had them over for dinner before we all left for Christmas and it turned out to be just delicious. I love pork and I love root beer so it doesn't get much better. Also included in the meal was my first ever barbeque sauce (made to go with the french fries). I will be a foodie for life.
