101 Goals Revised for 2007

Anyone that has been following along can notice that a new year brings new things. I have dubbed 2007 as a year to make things happen and so with that in mind, I have revised my goals for 2007.

Study for the GRE
Take the GRE
Research graduate schools
Get another job
Acquire two new suits – full piece, dressier

Healthy/Spiritual Me: (8)
Read the Bible
Attend church at least 10 times (different churches)
Get my cholesterol tested
Become a size 14
Join a Gym
Get out of bed by 8 am everyday for one week
Go two weeks without ordering take out

Financial Me: (4)
Get my credit card debt to $300-500 dollars
Build my savings to at least $2500
Start a 401-K
Buy some stock
Pay Dad $1000.00

Cooking Me: (16)
to make a buche de noel
Cater a party for someone
Go on a picnic complete with basket and wine
Try 10 new recipes
Organize all my recipes
Go on two wine tours
Make three different kinds of cake from scratch
Host a martini party
Filet a fish all by myself
Learn to make cheese balls
Make a successful truffle
Since mastering the art of pickling, learn how to make jam
Own a really good entertaining platter
Visit the Food Network studios
Film the pilot/write the script of my cooking show
Try at least 30 different kinds of wine – record in my wine journal

reunite with Miss Krissy to perform the greatest rendition of “Holding Out for a Hero” ever

Volunteer once a month
Read 50 (Non/Fiction/Fiction) books and watch 50 must see movies from list
Buy 30 CDs from list
Create a list of 50 movies to start buying
Learn French over again
Read at least 5 books from elementary, middle, and high school English classes
Go a full day without complaining
to compete in a Virginia pageant
Stop swearing for a day
Attend 10 festivals
