# 19 Cater a Party for Someone

The opportunity came to me when Tessa, a front desk agent, happened to attend one of my many parties. Anyone who has been to any kind of function at my house knows that I ply them with lots of yummy food and there is always too much and everyone stuffs themselves silly. This was no different. Tessa and her sister then proceeded to ask me if I would help them come up with some ideas for their upcoming birthday party. And I said better than that - I will cater it for you. So I gave them some ideas (and told them this is what you are having!) and we went shopping with their mother's credit card and I spent all day in the kitchen happily preparing the food. Big hits of the evening: Taco dip and Deviled Eggs!
