Recipe Update

I tried a new Food and Wine recipe whose picture had jumped off the pages at me. It was a steak and egg salad sandwich. How weird of a combination is that? basically, it was a flat piece of steak that you grilled, then a egg salad made with hot sauce and celery, and worchesire sauce, put onto a grilled pita. It wasn't bad, but I don't think I will make it again.

It has to occurred to me - I should be taking pictures or something to make these recipe posts more interesting.
